Welcome
Everyone answers the same questions. Be honest. It helps us place you correctly. Most people take 30 to 45 minutes. The rest of the form opens once you reach Question 4, and you can scroll back to change any earlier answer at any time. Please understand:
- Most Filipinos rate their own English lower than it actually is. If a foreigner mostly understands you when you speak, if you read English without thinking about it, if you watch shows in English, your English is good enough to start here. We test what you can actually do, not what you think you can do. We build the rest.
- Honesty is more valuable than a correct answer. “I’m not sure” is always available and never hurts you.
- Your answers place you where you will succeed and grow.
- If selected, Day 1 is a paid trial with 4 hours of guaranteed pay.
A note about AI tools
Some applicants use ChatGPT or similar tools on forms like this. Here that can only hurt you. We are not looking for perfect answers. We are looking for how YOU think and how YOU write, because that tells us where you will succeed with us. An honest answer with mistakes beats a polished answer that is not yours, every time. We would rather hire someone whose skills need work than someone we cannot trust. If we detect AI-written answers, the application ends there. How we handle your information
We collect the answers you give here, together with basic technical information about how this form was used: how long each section took, whether text was pasted in, typing pace, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. We use this only to review your application fairly and to confirm that answers are your own. We do not sell it, and we do not share it outside our hiring team. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email
hello@hitlint.com. By submitting this form you agree to this.
2Question 3: Computers
FindYourFitPH provides the computer you will work on. These questions are only about what you have used before. There are no trick questions here. Answer honestly.
3Questions 4 and 5: English
Answer as you actually are, not as you wish you were.
Question 5Introduce yourself in 2–3 sentences, as if meeting a new manager.
4Questions 6 to 8: Reading and writing
“I’m not sure” never counts against you.
Question 8A manager wrote this email to a client. Rewrite it professionally.
Hey! Follow up on proposal. Questions or whatever. Call whenever.
6Questions 11 and 12: Skills and instincts
Tick only what you have actually used. There is no penalty for a short list.
About youDescribe yesterday at your current work or at home, from waking up to finishing your day.
Ordinary details are exactly what we want.
7Question 13: Proofreading
Read the paragraph, then list what is wrong with it.
Read this paragraph from a business email. List everything that is wrong with it. Write each problem on its own line. If you think nothing is wrong with a sentence, leave it alone. Flagging correct text counts against you.
Yesterday our team leader tell us that the schedule will change next week. She don’t want anyone to be late, so she asked everyone to check their email every morning. When I opened mine, there was three new messages waiting. One message said the meeting was moved on Monday at 9:00 a.m. The manager, together with two supervisors, was already planning the agenda. My coworker forgot his laptop, so he asked me to borrow him mine for the day. I agreed, even though I was needing it for my own report. After lunch, we received many informations about the new client. If I were the leader, I would explain the changes more clearly, but everyone accept them without complaining.
8Questions 14 to 17: Working through problems

“Build me a list of 50 dental clinics in Metro Manila with owner names and email addresses by Thursday.”

(b) What ONE question would you ask before starting?
